Great Customer Service
The few times I have had problems (mostly mine and on a couple occasions they) their support arm has dealt with me quickly and very satisfactorily. Their service is very straight forward to implement and use and offers access at a very reasonable cost.

Super-value for money streaming video 
We have been using SVP for a couple of years now, and we can only say the service keeps on getting better. The support is certainly 2nd to none most of the time and we have now implemented the streaming player into several of our clients websites too."

Once you get to grips with it, the new TV Studio Application for building channels has really impressed us – but most importantly it has impressed our clients. It integrates seemlessly into our business. Their service is fast and responsive and they seem keen to keep pace with or ahead of technical developments. I would stongly reccomend them.

    We have been with SVP for more than a year now. We were researching all the different providers in the market for over a month before we signed up with SVP. We had trial accounts with several other providers. No one came even close to the service that SVP provides. And at that price!!!!

    SVP offers far more features than other providers do even at 10 times the price! I don’t know how it is possible!? What is your trick SVP?

    We could not possible be more satisfied with this service. It has been pure joy all the way through working with this company. Their customer support is amazing. It’s like they never sleep! Always answering our programmers immediately even at 3am!

    Unless your a major TV network like NBC or CBS with 100.000.000 viewers, look no further. We have done the research. Thoroughly. There is no one that beats them! And it’s dirt cheap in comparison.

Our videos are linked to our website and play when asked to what more could you ask. When we have not understood some of the more technical issues they are always there on hand to help.     I’m still in the trial period, and quite frankly I’m liking everything about your service! You have been extremely thorough in the services you provide and the ease of use for the entire system. You actually thought of things I could use before I was aware I needed them, and when I discovered certain features I was like, wow, they thought of that too? The streaming is great and your video conversions are excellent! I will definitely be upgrading to a monthly plan very soon and I do indeed recommend this for anyone looking for an affordable way to monetize their video content.
